NFL Combine: Who To Watch?

(ICON SMI)

Happy Monday morning to everyone. Did you get to watch any of the NFL combine? Well, if you are like me, I'm sure you watched almost all of it. I eat it up with a fork.

Anyways, here is where you can find all of the results.

I spent some time reviewing the film of several prospects and wanted to pick out a prospect to watch for each NFC South squad from those who participated in Sunday. They don't have to be first-round players, keep that in mind. Here we go!

Atlanta Falcons

Andre Branch

After breaking the bank last season, the Falcons won't play a bit part in the upcoming draft. But, with John Abraham likely leaving for free agency, help on the defensive line is needed. This Clemson star may be just the guy.

Carolina Panthers

Zach Brown

The talented North Carolina prospect would like to stay in the state and play for the emerging Panthers. He is a great pass rusher and could do a lot for the defense. Obviously, Carolina will be looking for more of a defensive lineman, but passing on this prospect may be tough and should be available at their pick.

New Orleans Saints

Ryan Broyles

There are some concerns at the position for the Saints with the chance of a few skipping town. A nice, quick threat would only add to the potent offense and New Orleans could probably bag the receiver in the 3rd of 4th round.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

David Wilson

The former Virginia Tech star has it all, but did run a 4.4. Though great, he himself expected to row in the 4.3 range and will look to build on it at his pro day in Blacksburg. It's hard to envision the team going with Trent Richardson early on with the 5th pick, so maybe they could trade back into first round for the talented runner. However, he may be there early in the second round and patience could pay off. Regardless, the team needs a back to carry the load.
